Balance Method

One of the oldest forms of acupuncture, the Balance Method utilizes mainly distal acupuncture points (below the elbows and knees) to affect changes in other parts of the body or internally. This system utilizes traditional acupuncture meridians and points, which balance each other in specific sequences. This type of needling can be done gently and is a good introduction for those new to acupuncture. Often results are felt immediately in terms of pain relief and relaxation. This is the go-to method for internal conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, digestive difficulties or allergies.
